TUNES BY THE TRACKS, is inbound for Victor Farmington library for a Thursday, March 29th arrival.
Your hustling hosts, Jim Clare, Cathy McGrath, and Allen Hopkins are thrilled to bring back TBTT Stars and Tracker favorites:

~ DADY BROTHERS ~

Many of our Trackers were bereft when the weather made them miss the Dady Brothers last month.
Joe and John Dady got mugged by the big snowstorm for their Clifton Springs show on Feb 7th...but luckily, our pal Tim Niver extended an invitation that perked us all right up.

The Dady boys are gonna do a make-up Feature at Victor Farmington library on Thursday, Mar 29th...and this time, spring is in zee air...!!

~ THE MYSTERY PICKERS ~

Not to worry...them plucky and resilient Mystery Pickers travel well, and after the Dady set, they'll strut their stuff.
If yer wanting to play yer favorite song for a rapt, attentive, and supportive audience...just axe Cathy, Allen, or Jim (me), and we'll add you to the list of Myster Picker luminaries.

                                              Kit Fallon

TUNES BY THE TRACKS is high wide and handsome, for a Wednesday, March 21st arrival at Clifton Springs.
Your hosts, Jim Clare, Cathy McGrath, and Allen Hopkins, are very pleased to welcome back an old friend as Feature:

~ KIT FALLON & Friends ~

Kit Fallon has been part of the regional trad community for over 40 years, primarily as a performing fiddler, mandolinist, for Miller's Wheel, the Wastrels, Heartland Tours with the Dady Bros, and as a side musician with many other bands too fierce to mention.
In her spare thyme, Kit is also a fiddle teacher.
At Tunes by the Tracks she will be sharing Old-Time, Novelty, Celtic, Quebecois, and country swing fiddle tunes accompanied by Jess Youngquest (Miller's Wheel, Los Finsteros...) and other members of the continuing cast.
Kit's roots also go deep into the songs of Ireland, Scotland and Appalachia and she loves to share sing-alongs of familiar and not-so-well-known tunes (anybody out there know “The Toe of Me Mallard,” or “Sam's Gone Away Aboard a Man-o-War?”;). There will be hand-outs to help out with the more peculiar songs.
Heads up Trackers...be prepared to take away some new and fun memories.

~ THE MYSTERY PICKERS ~

Yes, indeedy...audience members have frequently been at a loss for words, after being exposed to the musical magnificence of the bold artists, who step from the comfortable anonymity of the bleachers, into the glaring spotlight of center stage...I tellya Trackers, it's sumthin to behold...

Wanna try it..?? Just axe Cathy, Allen, or Jim (me)...and you too, can join the pantheon of pickers.

Joe and John, http://www.dadybros.com/  have been playing as a duo to adoring fans since their seventh year in high school. The lads are known and loved by audiences in the US, Canada, Ireland, Clifton Springs, and parts unknown. Joe and John are a treasure trove of all things folk.  Complementing their fine vocals with fiddle, mandolin, whistle, guitar, bodhran, banjo, harmonica and uilleann pipes...(note: Joe is not bringing his steam-powered calliope this time), but just the same, they'll traipse us happily through Celtic, Irish, English, American folk and roots, and original Dady Brothers music.

Of course, we're all looking forward to the stories, which are certified by the ABC (American Blarney Checkers), that are an integral and much loved part of any Dady perfomance.

We suggest you Trackers get to the library a little early, cause them Dady boys are known to attract a crowd, so the good seats will go fastly.

                                           Jim Clare        Allen Hopkins

TUNES BY THE TRACKS is not really highballing...more like meandering... toward Clifton Springs, for a November 15th arrival.
Cathy McGrath has to handle hosting all by her lonesome, because her two accomplices will take their annual turn as Feature:

~ JIM CLARE & ALLEN HOPKINS ~

You Trackers know me an Allen pretty well by now, but there's nothing we can do about that...we're hoping that a passel of you will show up anyway.

You can find a little extry stuff about us on our respective webpages:

Jim Clare, http://www.jimclare.org/
If you're coming to the show, and you have a request for an original Jim Clare song, please let me know by email, or message, and I'll try to play it for you.

Allen has a potpourri of musical tricks up his sleeve...I'll be just as surprised as you...and his library of great folk songs is only exceeded by the library of Congress.

We're gonna have a fun evening, and with the support of a bunch of you Trackers, we'll make it a night to remember.

~ THE MYSTERY PICKERS ~

This part of the evening commences after the break, and is creating its own buzz.
Fine musicians and singers, with a delightfully diverse range of material, and it's just great!

For anyone teetering on the edge...this is yer night to jump in, and debut as a Mystery Picker...just axe Cathy, Allen, or Jim (me), and yer in.
