      Phil Shapiro   Carrie Shore

TUNES BY THE TRACKS is right on schedule, for an October 4th arrival at Clifton Springs library.
Your humdinger hosts, Jim Clare and Allen Hopkins, are manfully soldiering on, during Cathy's convalesence...(not to worry Trackers, Cathy is doing great, and she'll be back soon)
We're delighted to welcome back old folkie friends as Feature:

~ PHIL SHAPIRO and CARRIE SHORE ~

PHIL SHAPIRO, http://shapiroandshore.com/

has been entertaining folk audiences throughout New York

State and beyond, for nearly half a Century, but he's best known as

the host of WVBR's Bound for Glory radio show, North America's

longest-running live folk concert broadcast, Sunday nights, Ithaca,

N.Y., since 1967, and webcast at wvbr.com .

CARRIE SHORE has played more kinds of music in less time than practically

anyone. Besides being an incredibly flexible and very exciting fiddler, Carrie is a

fine singer, who decorates Phil's lead vocals, with tasty harmony.

stand by for: ~ THE MYSTERY PICKERS ~

The second half of the evening belongs to our Trackers, who have quietly become a very entertaining and much anticipated segment of TUNES BY THE TRACKS.
If yer feeling the hankering...just buttonhole Allen or Jim (me), and just like that...yer on the roster.
